Firetti Builders was founded by Joe Firetti, Sr. who built many homes in the Baltimore/Washington area. Firetti Builders moved to North Carolina in 2001, where Joe Firetti Sr. and his son Joe Firetti II have built over 60 homes in Brunswick County, North Carolina. Each Firetti home offers a combination of new quality materials and superior design. Every detail is meticulously crafted and focused on the homeowner's dreams and desires. As members of the National Association of Home Builders, the Better Business Bureau and the Brunswick County Homebuilders Association, the company is dedicated to surpassing its own high standards of excellence. In 2007, Firetti Builders received the Award of Excellence from the Brunswick County Home Builder's Association for outstanding building designs. We include a One Year Comprehensive Warranty by the Bonded Builders Home Warranty program. This warranty includes a full ten year transferable structural warranty. To be accepted by the Bonded Builders' Home Warranty, a builder must demonstrate a long-term commitment to quality workmanship and pass an extensive review of its financial stability, experience and construction skills. Only approved builders qualify for this warranty.

It is important that Firetti Builders always strives to stay ahead of the curve with new products and technology in this energy conscious world. That is why we have partnered with ENERGY STAR, a government sponsored program utilizing advanced construction practices aimed at conserving energy. ENERGY STAR homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Each home built by Firetti Builders comes with an ENERGY STAR Certificate to recognize that this home has been approved and meets ENERGY STAR requirements.
