Jackie and I want you to know how pleased we are with our new home. You did a masterful job in the actual construction phase, but your efforts in the pre-planning and post-construction "touch ups" also greatly exceeded our expectations. As an absentee owner and skeptical attorney by profession, I was anxious initially about how the project would go when we were so far away, especially since the plan we chose involved some very detailed features not routinely found in many of the other homes we saw. However, you did a great job keeping us informed about our project, listened attentively to our wants and needs and acted on them, provided expert advice and recommendations without forcing them on us, coordinated appointments with vendors and suppliers who provided great assistance to us, and completed our home within the timeframe we needed.

Even after we moved in, you stayed on top of our project and quickly resolved the few items we needed changed. You did it all with a great deal of professionalism and an attitude that always put us first. I really enjoyed working with you and cannot speak highly enough about the work you performed for us. Indeed, I am very happy to consider you to be a good friend now and I hope you continue to be successful in all your future endeavors.

I also want to say a quick word about the wonderful people who worked with you on this project. Chris Maziarz was extremely helpful in your office keeping track of costs and answering our questions when we were not here. Rick Ottaway had great suggestions for the electrical work, Ray Fisher did a wonderful job with the vast amount of tile installed in this project and nobody frames a house better than Brian Johnson. We love the closets Ron Buyck of Carolina Closets designed and installed and the floors installed by Gary White are beautiful. Last but certainly not least, Albert Rivera was a true superman. I do not believe there is anything he can't do. I really admire his work ethic and enjoy his great personality. He was absolutely invaluable throughout the construction project and deserves our utmost gratitude.

Thanks again, Joe, for the wonderful work you and your crew did for us. Every time I hear another tradesperson tell me, "Firetti really builds a fine home," I am thankful we chose you as our builder.
